Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is structured to accommodate various timelines and provide clarity for our valued guests. For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a security deposit is required upon booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to check-in. Full refunds are generously offered for cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
For reservations made within 30 days of check-in, the full payment, including the security deposit, is required at the time of booking. However, flexibility is maintained with a full refund option for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at minimum of 14 days before check-in.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund, excluding the security deposit. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, except for the security deposit.
** Please note that we will not be responsible for power outages outside our control due to acts of nature.

No camping, trailers or tent trailers are permitted on the property as per Article 25 of the city of St-Emile-Du-Suffolk.
No personal watercrafts are permitted on the lake as per Article 26 of the city of St-Emile-Du-Suffolk.
