The booking process duration varies based on several factors, including property availability and the completeness of the reservation details. We only accept e-transfer payment for reservations and final payments. Payment details and accepted methods can be found during the booking process.

Once your reservation is booked then changes and cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy.

You can make changes to a pending reservation request by accessing your account on our booking platform. Navigate to your reservations, and you should find option to cancel the reservation then you can create a new reservation request.

To cancel a reservation request, log in to your account and navigate to your reservations. Find the reservation you wish to cancel, and follow the provided cancellation instructions. Please review our cancellation policy for any potential fees.

To check the status of your reservation, log in to your account and go to the reservations section. Here, you can view the current status of your booking, including any pending requests or confirmed reservations.

Payment for your reservation is via email transfer. Once your pending reservation is approved, we will request your 1st payment of the security deposit. 2nd payment is due 31 days prior to your check-in date. If your booking is less than 30 days then we would request the total reservation amount payment. 

Upon confirming your reservation, you will receive detailed information about the check-in and check-out process. This includes the property address, key pickup location, and any specific instructions for a smooth arrival.

The WIFI speed is 100mb/s therefore allowing you to work remotely or streaming videos.

For your convenience, the Marché Bonichoix Gauthier, Larose et Fréchette inc. grocery store is located approximately 6.6 kilometers away. Should you need to stock up on essentials or indulge in local specialties, this store offers a variety of options.
