Our cancellation policy is structured to provide clarity and accommodate various timelines for our guests:

• 30+ Days Prior: Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
• 14 to 29 Days Prior: For reservations made within 30 days of check-in, a full refund is available if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. Otherwise, cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 14 Days Prior: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Note: In all cancellation scenarios, the damage deposit is always refunded in full.
