Our cancellation policy is structured to accommodate various timelines and provide clarity for our valued guests. For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a security deposit is required upon booking, with the balance payment due 30 days prior to check-in. Full refunds are generously offered for cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

For reservations made within 30 days of check-in, the full payment, including the security deposit, is required at the time of booking. However, flexibility is maintained with a full refund option for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at minimum of 14 days before check-in.

Cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund, excluding the security deposit. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, except for the security deposit.
